Malta vs Cyprus

Hi all,

This is my first post - apologies if the answer is obvious 🙂

I am living in Switzerland and consider to set up my web/e-commerce business in Cyprus or Malta for anonymity purposes because the business will also include adult content. What I understand is that it is easier to get payment service providers if the company is registered in a EU country and that company formation is not that difficult in such countries. I care more about anonymity than tax since the profits need to be transferred (and taxed) in Switzerland anyways.

Which country do you consider preferable, or am I wrong in focusing on Malta/Cyprus?

Cyprus has always been the better choice for me and my setups. I don't know, Malta looks just to regulated. I know lot's of s**t is going on in Malta, even more in Cyprus but still Cyprus rules.
