Where shouold I open a holding company?

I have heard the typical, cyprus, estonia and UK.

But i would like to know where i can open the cheapest holding company if I only want to have the money saved for years, it means I do not care so much about dividend taxes, since the plan is to transfer the aving to another company after a couple of years.

Also do you recommend me to do it myslef or i should contact a lawyer firm?

UK is the cheapest, especially if the company is mostly dormant and requires minimum accounting work. Costs will probably just be a few hundred GBP/year including having someone help you with all the paperwork.
