I'm looking for an alternative way of sending completely anonymous payments (without using crypto).
Say I have this person, who needs to get the money, I have his details, including bank account and I want this person to get the money without sharing any of my details.
Limitation is, the person needs to get the money or just go somewhere to pic it up, but that's it.
The requirement is that this person will never know who had actually paid that money they just need to get it. The amounts should not be too big, process should be optimised for 50 euro 200 euro a pop and ideally easy to scale.
My current way is to use Western Union. I create new account in the person's name and then I'm sending him money to his bank account while paying money by a card.
This works brilliantly as you can have a different billing address for the card (and can use any card really) and most importantly on the bank statement it will show like the person paid the money himself to his own account (which is the most wanted outcome I'm after).
The problem with this is that WU blocks the card after several payments and then they call the owner of the card and are asking about the transactions (again, fair play!) and even if you confirm all the details and answer all their questions they will simply say that sorry, that last payment won't be processed.
Another problem with Western Union is that they won't accept just any cards, in fact there are just a selection of cards they accept and even those need to meet some criteria (currently doing Uk => UK) - any experts with cards proven to work with WU?
This makes this process less scalable, which is unfortunate.
I'm actually considering creating EMI accounts in those guys names and then funding them and sending money from those accounts to their real bank account to again achieve this effect of them now knowing who sent them the money.
This is an idea, however the whole process will be less instant and may require changes in other flows that are in place...
So therefore again, do you guys have any other ideas to achieve the above described outcome?
