issue of credit card payments and permit has stalled where to set up a corporation,
Is there anyone who can give me a clearer answer?
I am thinking of selling parasiticide and hair loss pills.
I am thinking of selling mainly in Asia.

At first, I considered establishing a Hong Kong corporation, but I feel repulsed by political issues.

Paygate for medicine seems to be the biggest problem...

You need to find a merchant account provider (MAP) first for your business. I assume you are not new into this business. You need to be straight up here, did you had a set up before, if so what is the reason to why it got shut down?

Have you looked into Chronopay and instabill they are into such high risk business?

Once you have found a MAP you can look into what offshore company would suite your needs best.

Is it possible to consult with a PM? I didn't do this job, but I'm going to proceed on the possibility.

Without track record and your industry is super high risk, you are looking at charges of 10% and above. You would have to use those to build up a record and then you could approach the cheaper ones after.

Very tricky area where is your main customer base from and where are you shipping from.

my company has never had a credit card payment processor, so it only received bank transfer payments

yes that's true, but I know of competing websites that do
