I can't think off head of a gateway that offers all those alternative payments methods for all those regions. But have you tried dlocal for non-european side of alternative payment methods?

But I'd like to have some APM PSP for EU(EEA) widespread methods and the best choice - based outside EU.

Check out WorldPay and Adyen. They are probably the biggest payment platforms for this.
IIRC, Adyen expects at least 1,000 EUR per month in fees so you should be processing at least 50-100,000 EUR/month to make them cost effective. WorldPay is probably about the same.
There are lots of smaller ones, mostly catering to high-risk businesses or smaller businesses.

I believe that people behind payssion is from China, I have used them for 3~4 years before. In 2018 they stop processing stored value digital item and they send an email to tell me. Never miss or delay a single payout.
