Anyone experienced any problems with coinpayments.net recently? Are they alive?

Exchange transaction pending for 3 weeks already. Ticket remains unattended for 18 days.

Well, it took 2 weeks for support to provide feedback. The problem was with crypto conversion, namely charged account, but did not credited exchanged amount. After some flame they finally responded and resolved the issue.
