Unconfirmed transaction in Bitcoin transfer, what now?

I have made a BTC transfer to another provider here on the forum it stays unconfirmed for almost 3 days by now!

What will be the result if it never get's confirmed have I lost my bitcoins or will I get them back?

If it has at least one confirmation on the blockchain then you have to wait. If it has no confirmations it can be stuck indefinitely until a miner picks it up or rejects it I guess but in that case there are ways to free the transaction if you look on net.

How high was the fee (sat / (v)Byte)?
If you used electrum, did you use the feature "replace by fee"?

Do you have access to the coins on one of the outputs (exchange address)?

I had one transactions stuck for approx. 2 years, a few years ago.

I don't know anymore, I can choose in coinbase - Low - Medium and High so I just choose low!

It was a coinbase account or a coinbase wallet?

Depending on that you will have some options... But the "easiest way" will be just to wait.

But as @Martin Everson said you will need to wait if it was confirmed once
