Which Country is good for Escort Directory?

We need to register an offshore company for an escort directory business.

We wish to ensure First Of All, we register in a country where the activity is legal.

Do you guys know a good choice?

I do not think it is a lot of countries where this is illigal. I reaserched it once and I think we opted to stay away from UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, and some other jurisdictions. But, most are ok with this. Banking is more difficult as soon as you touch the adult industry.

Prostitution is legal in Hong Kong. But yes, good luck opening a bank account.

I think with a good banking relationship and explaining the business in detail, you can, still have access to banking for this business in Hong Kong.

Hi Admdin, I've got the same problem to rgister a company. Appart from the Netherlands, is there other jurisdiction to consider?. UK LLC for example?
