Payment Gateway for a UAE Offshore company

A UAE Offshore company selling computer software based on monthly subscription fee.
But the company is not billing the end-users (subscribers) directly because there is a dealer to whom this Offshore company send bill monthly or quarterly.
In this case, it is going to be one single bill/invoice and one payment monthly or quarterly.

Since the dealer would like to pay this invoice via credit card, what is the best payment gateway for this purpose?

Any of the majors would be able to help but they will have to break the payments into 3.
You will face problems if you are only receiving payments from one company.

Not if your client wants to pay by card. Otherwise a good part to your solution.

What are the EMI you may suggest?

All the decent ones require EU or UK citizenship except transferwise.

Your client can pay with CC trough TransferWise. I doubt you will find any payment processor who will process your 1, I presume big, payment each month.
