@Admin that's the thing this has posted on a group. he didn't say it where it from. but claims it can do all the things that I mentioned in the topic. He said it's secret . do you have any idea, please?

He was the admin of a telegram group. he didn't tell what it is. I thought someone here could have identified it by looking at the image.
