Affiliate Commission ( like I am promoting Affiliate/Cpa network product they give me per sell Commission example sell $50 product they give me Commission $30)

I am NON-US Person

So anyone please help me in Wyoming state. Will there be any tax on this? Just want to receive payment.

Thanks

You will not have to pay any tax in the US itself, but you should report your company's profits as revenues from abroad in your personal tax return in the country you live in and pay the tax there.

Whether you will actually do it or not, it's your decision and a different matter in general.

hope this helps a little!

I have Tax id In my country I declared all my foreign earning..
But someone tells me to need to pay 30% royalties Tax. I am confused.

Stay away from any US solutions they will not work for you.
If your under 30 years old get an Ajman company in the UAE. They are $4K a year as they want to encourage tech related companies to open there.

@Phil123 is right. The LLC in Wyoming is a pass through entity, you don't have to pay any tax, however as it is "pass through" you need to declare the profits on your personal income tax in the country where you are taxed and/or have your center of life. Then you have to pay income tax there. If your country has special royalty tax or not does not matter as the profit of your US LLC is not a "royalty" anymore. I recommend you to declare it, however the chances to be caught are right now quite small, as the US is not participating in the OECDs CRS. But still, just hoping to not be reported is not a good idea.
Unlike others, I can really recommend the US, as their banks ask less questions and the FED is very respected and reputable, so you have less problems transferring money all over the world. Transferring money from other famous offshore jurisdictions can be quite tricky and sometimes even impossible.
