Offshore company for affiliate marketing?

I want to setup an offshore company for my affiliate marketing earnings. My problem is not tax reasons, my country does not allow to send funds outside once it comes in. We are only allowed to take $1000 for travel vacation and that's it. So i think it's much better to have an offshore company/bank account l.

How much does it cost to open a company/bank account in my case?

Can i open company/bank account virtually without being physically present?

Which country could be best for me? Seychelles/US delaware/Cyprus/BVI/Hongkong?

You can certainly open an offshore company and banking remotely. The cheapest options for company formation are US locations like Delaware etc. Using a US Company makes life hard for banking arrangement though so the likes of Seychelles would probably work very well for you with banking arrangement possible in either Seychelles or various similar locations. The cost of the structure will vary depending upon location choice and whether you require Nominee services, us to arrange banking for you etc.
