tried to open but its document verification can detect its a scan not a photo, can detect scans, photos of screens etc

Had the photo of front but needed to photoshop the back from a template, looked pretty good but it detected they were scans, not photos

You want to print it on a very good color laser printer then scan and then resubmit. It is mentioned a few times around here already that it is the way to get it work.

How good a printer? I think mines maybe a 500 dollar aud level, are you talking something worth a couple of grand

I have made a made an investment in this beauty Xerox Phaser 7400DXF A3 Colour Laser Printer it's awesome quality, got a used one for a 1200 $US
