Non-resident Cyprus Ltd Taxation and Armenian bank

1) In case Cyprus Ltd is controlled by a director who is resident of Armenia, would there be any accounting, audit and taxation requirement within the Cyprus? There is no substance in Cyprus at all, just company registration and virtual office address.

2) Do I need to provide Cypriot gov tax receipts from Armenia, prove anything or show any complicated documentation?

3) Would Cyprus gov be okay if I had a business bank account in Armenia on Cyprus Ltd?

no tax requirement but yes audit and accounting

you need receipts for the audit depending on your auditor. gov is not involved

yes cyprus companies can bank outside of cyprus
