What'd be the best jurisdiction to register a company dedicated to invest and hold assets in the USA?
Annual costs, obligations etc.
I'm a brazilian citizen.
Banking is not a problem since I'll be using a brazilian bank with a US operation (I've already discussed with it with the US banker and he told me compliance is not an issue since I'm already a customer).
He also noted that a lot of people have been using BVI for that but I want to confirm with the pros and definetly not use their mega expensive recommended lawyer to set it all up.
