How to become debit card / vcc provider?

Hi,

I live in Asia.

I plan to provide debit card / vcc for my clients.
A few days ago, I saw somewhere in this forum telling that there is a tutorial in Mentor Group to create own vcc and generate the number.
But I did not found any, except the regular provider from Resource Section.

So, perhaps anyone here can guide me.

I don't think there is a tutorial but you may get in touch with some of the current providers of VCC they are able to help you, I'm sure.
check the VCC providers in the RESOURCE section, it's a good starting point.


How big a budget do you have for this?

the provider price in the resource section is way too expensive.
way more cheaper to use debit card/ vcc from advcash,neteller,skrill
but since I am not from EU, I cant have access to this.

even if I do, it still have limit.
Icant generate a lot or resell the vcc to my potential clients.

I have a chat with this certain provider, she has chase bank account in the US.
she claimed that she can create unlimited vcc and sell it for a lot of profit.
she also charge 5% to reload the card.
her only capital is her bank account.

Is there any way to open US Chase bank account?

I also want to know how to provide vcc like advcash, entropay or privacy.com.
or maybe it is possible to apply for whitelabel of vcc provider?

whitelabel example: Bitpay
they partnered with WaveCrest to supply debit card for their clients.

it maybe difficult to become like WaveCrest
but maybe it is easier to become whitelabel.

do you have any idea what is the requirement to become a provider and whitelabel ?

For example Home | intercash are the providers for advcash, I haven't applied but I have seen some really small providers out there that might suit you.
You will always need a tech side to implement this.
If you just want to create manually you could check privacy.com on usa.

Because this web is from the card that they give you and it links to that > www.Cardportal.com - Cardholder login
