How difficult will it be to get bank account / emi with this setup?

Ok so the setup would be: UK LLC owned by anonymous US New Mexico LLC.
New Mexico LLC would have 0 transactions so I don't need to do that annoying 5472 form to IRS that deanonymizes me, right?

And what I am the most curious about is how difficult will it be to get EMI or even a normal bank account with this setup?(of course, applying with UK LLC)
Would they still want EIN since UK LLC is fully owned by the US company? Or will they ask for my personal info? Both?

First of all, there is no such thing as LLC in UK. I guess you mean LLP. Make sure you have the terminology right as this will help when you do further research.

UK companies must disclose UBO on public records, so I'm not sure what you're hoping to achieve with this. There is no anonymity.

Banking will probably be a massive headache. Your structure reeks of money laundering and tax evasion.
