UK LTD formation : can be solution in my case ?

i'm not UK resident,
i'm from (north Africa)
i'll not work with Clients from UK
our income is from outside UK
Will be be tax = 0 % ?
can my country resident know my name that i'm opening a company in UK ?
My name can be hidden ?
please help.

UK tax can be 0% if you pay tax in your country instead and there is a tax treaty. So that doesn't help you.
Your name can't be hidden with a UK Ltd., as far as I know, or at least not easily.

What is best jurisdiction for my case.
i need company , with my name hidden. And receive USD and EUR
paying TAX <= 10 ~15 % is no problem for me.

Why do you want to setup the business in UK? there is offshore countries that are better like Seychelles or Cyprus.
