Best Offshore Company for a person with 0% tax residency

Lets say a person is a resident of a country with 0% tax or is a tax resident of nowhere.

Where is the best place to bank and incorporate? Zero to little tax, ease of setting everything up remote?

For an e-ccomerce business so image of a good jurisdiction isn't relevant.

If you were in this situation where would you set up and why?

If you live in a Zero Tax country then you dont need to go through the hassel.

Mauritius or Seychelles would be the easiest and best bet.

Mauritius yes. Seychelles no. Banking possibilities for Seychelles companies are almost none..

US LLC, taxed as disregarded entity?
Or some other entity with flow-through taxation, like a UK LLP.

Retirement visa in Philippines is my suggestion

they don't tax foreigners on worldwide income and it's a fun cheap country rather than a boring small Carribean island

Perhaps just run a US LLC pass through as your company or if you want offshore i would think Belize or BVI (but you'd need substance there so must pay for it)
