Hello,

I'm quite new to this forum, but I'm looking for help with a complex thing.
If someone can provide me help about this, it would awesome.

So !

I'm actually having an illegal business (providing a complex app for video-games bots) where the owner of the videogame is based in France.
A lot of websites are selling virtual coins of the game and most of them are based in Hong Kong.
But, here, I'm not selling virtual coins and my service is in violation of copyrights, trademarks, General terms and conditions of sale and so on...
The company has deposited their trademark name of the videogame + elements of the game such as the name of the virtual money and is fighting against illegal services such as mine.

I did my homeworks and find out Delaware could be a nice spot for hiding my business, but the fact that juridiction depends on Delaware Courts, I didn't find any informations that could help me proceed.
Also, I was looking for Dubaï but a legal expert from there told me it wasn't the best spot since AEU juridiction is prone to help foreigners in case of lawsuits.

What are your best advices to make this kind of company with the less probability to be sued (by the way I must stay anonymous since I'm based in Europe) ?

Thanks for your help !

None civilized country. I do not support ilegal businesses. But if you are sure you want to risk it, it is your choise. You have to search in Africa.. There are a few countries, where no one will make any lawsuite into its courts.

But having a company in a foreign country will not help you. Violation of IP rights is a cirminal offence by a french law. You can be imprisoned for up to 8 years. If french company´s IP rights will be violated, french law will be applicable. Does not matter, where will be your company. You will be facing a criminal investigation and sentese in a France by a french law. You as physical person. Not a company.

Just having a virtual address to cover a long time lasting criminal offence? Do you think it real? French police will have no problem to comminicate with Seychelles authorities to ask to open all letters, provide any details of address where letters are forwarded, will ask them to provide copy of all communication etc..
