Hey there, can you guys advise any agent to open UK LTD on darks without asking me for video verification or notary documents, I have only utility bill.


also i'm not UK or EU citizen

I used 1st Formations: UK Company Formation and Registration £12.99 but now their ID verification fo UK resident ask to check the Passeport with NFC Chip with their app.... So depends on what your Darks are

They dont ask anything at first , then just national ID weeks later when company is already open, I never send and company is still active over 6 month later 🙂

True. Mine works for more than 1 year. No one even bothered to ask for the documents.
