Anyone has experience moving offshore money back to europe?

What i understood is that i should setup a company with substance in a low tax european country and move the money there.

Where are the funds now
Where do you want to send the funds
How were they accumulated
How much
Do you have plans for the funds
What passport do you hold
Where are you resident of


All these play a part in what you should do.
