Hello,
Did anybody have experience with purchase of diplomatic passports / honorary consul positions?

Had an offer for a position in Liberia for 100.000 EUR and was wondering how does it exactly work? The individual was legit as I have already purchased other "weird" assets from him without problems.

The only reasonable explanation I was thinking about was that the country does indeed issue these but after you get caught declare them fake.

I think the user @neweraoffshore or @Internationaloff was into the same so there have been many around here that offered the same or at least were able to help. You want to search the public forums using Google and also contact the two users I mentioned there.

spending time in the deep/dark web scares me and it's full of scammers.

Diplomatic passport for 100k? Forget it.. I am working with many govermental institutions all around a world. You can not buy diplomatic passport. It is not for sale. It is not about a money. It is about a trust and about willingness to serve and provide some added value. It you are willing to invest few million USD to some tirhd world country, there is a way how to make necessary relationships. It takes some times. Onece you will be "their friend", you can ask tof diplomatic appointment. For a next few millions, you can have it.. Before building some relationships with people who can help you, there is no way. Just investing some money is not enough.
 
Its not really the passport that counts, but rather the status. The status of a diplomat is only enjoyed in one country at a time. legally speaking, it does not matter what passport you carry, being diplomatic or not. but rather, whether you are added as a diplomat by a sending country to a receiving country. Take Gambia for example. Lets say that hypothetically, you were offered a diplomatic gambian passport. the passport itself is useless. But the question is, whether the gambians will add you to their diplomatic list in a specific country. Lets say for the sake of argument that it is the UK. So you will enter the UK as a Gambian diplomat. Your diplomatic status isnt the result of carrying a diplomatic passport, but its the result of the gambian embassy in london submitting your details to the Foreign Office in the UK. Your status will give you immunities, but you are otherwise expected to abstain from practising business and engaging in commercial activity. the only benefits it gives are immunities from prosecution, and tax exemption from all overseas income...The UK (receiving country) can end your status at any point in time for no reason by declaring you as an unwelcome person...even if you stayed at the right side of the law. though such a declaration is made as a last resort as it causes a diplomatic spat. What you saw being sold in the press has essentially been the same. Though it all came under fire because those who were sold this status were using it while being on the wrong side of diplomatic law. otherwise, any country can declare whomever they want a diplomatic agent (except nationals of the host country)...who enjoy immunities only in relation to areas of their work

That's not something you find here.. you mean a physical password right?

There are some onions on dark web where you can auction such stuff.
 
Getting a diplomatic passport will be much more easier than receiving an honorary consul position. The passport itself doesn't provide many benefits, the most obvious like not standing in lines in the airport or at the border crossing point. I wouldn't recommend getting a passport from an African country, because you will need a visa in it to enter the EU 🙂

And how hard is it to get that VISA into the passport as an foreigner from Europe ?
