Online account opening with Euro bank for EU resident

Someone can recommend an EU based bank which currently accepts personal account opening remotely?

All I need is a cheap solution which provides a European IBAN. I'm EU resident.

I would say EMI is your way to go. There are good and bads, so do be trapped with the bad actors. I work with some reliable EMI's.
