Aged offshore company needed

Hello Folks,

Thank you for good work you are doing here.


I am looking for aged offshore company to buy (ideal some caribean jurisdiction) , incorporated around 2013 with full nominee service till now. Purpose is act as holding company , and asset protection - anonymity is top priority. Do you know some reputable agent or someone here has such as company that dont need and would like to sell ?

Bank account dont required.

What about a Cyprus or Seychelles company? I'm not sure I'm able to help you but I have something in mind I can check it that would be of interest for you.

Hello everyone, now there is the opportunity to open an account in Thailand, but a visit will be required.
Ban on air traffic removed tonight.
There is no hard quarantine upon arrival (Depends on the country of arrival (14 countries are required to observe strict quarantine and people from those countries are not served by banks). Ban on opening accounts from the Bank of Thailand is also removed today.
For transfers of more than $ 2 million, the bank will request an invoice and possibly a contract.

Get in touch with Seychellesoffshore / Fidelity they are reliable, trusted by many and not very expensive. They may be busy at the moment but use their contact form here Seychelles offshore company formations it's worth it.

Whatabout one in Gibraltar? 6 years old. All filling and returns sent, each year.. but is it nos as chep as in Seychelles, but more respected..
 
If a HK company is of interest a friend of mine has one that is 5+ years old, never had any transactions - think he'd be OK with the costs only 🙂
 
The company is 5 years old and he never made a single transaction? The costs to maintain such a company are most often not low, why would someone keep a company for so long without using it? Does it has audited accounts for each year?

He is German, so everything should be in order! ;-)

The story is simply that he worked in China, wanted to get business started but then time passed & there was a lot of work trying to get accounts and so on...

Oh well, maybe I should not try to peddle things like this - just found it natural to mention 🙂
