Open a paypal US account

As a foreigner, how do I open a paypal US account? The thing is I do not own any business there nor having any bank accounts there. So how do I bypass their restriction and deal with:

1) All the KYC documents
2) Valid bank account and credit card

What do I need in exact?

There are a number of providers here for "Stealths". PayPal is a nasty company though, unless you are doing physical merchandise with tracking number, and even then, you'll likely be faced with very strict limitations and permanent bans where they keep your money (sometimes in the 5 or 6 figures!). If at all avoidable, avoid.

Should you decide to do yourself, you'll need a VBA (Virtual Bank Account - preferably from highstreet bank, such as Bank of America), VCC (Virtual Credit Card), and darks for KYC verification. You would also require a valid SSN.

No issue, I already gotten a US bank account, as well as its mastercard. My next step is im lacking of SSN and also KYC of an American resident, else I still cannot open a US paypal account am I right? Can you guide me to who I can look for for my above requirement?

The tricky part is that the name in the KYC has to match the name of my us bank account and credit card... so how should I go about? Shd I use dark? Fakes? Mixture... im kind of lost... (AND YES I AM PISS WITH PAYPAL I WANA GET BACK AT THEM)

Bank name typically doesn't have to match. You can instant verify with the banks online login. In some countries, the bank is reporting back to PayPal the name on the account - seems for the most part this hasn't been a big problem in the States yet.

VCCs can be added under any name/address, they're "Non-AVS" cards. Though, you should be careful with BIN you add as PayPal maintains a list of ones it doesn't like.

I cannot give exact advise on where to obtain SSN Profile, but I can give some general guidance that PayPal does not like one SSN linked to two accounts. Furthermore, they do not like you using an address other than the one on the SSNs profile. There are people research tools such as "TLO" you may be able to use to gather necessary information on a subject.

Other tools you'll need is Multilogin, and U.S Residential IP addresses (preferably static/dedicated, otherwise you will need to use a service such as 911.re and ensure you select an IP from the same ZIP code and ISP for each login.)
PayPal really isn't worth it.

Forget about openning a US PayPal account if you are not resident of the USA.

You can open US bank account as non US resident. You can have US credit/debit card, You can have US phone number, US street address, US IP Address over VPN. But there is one think which you can not have:

US SSN

Using a fake US SSN or US SSN of someone else is a federel crime. If you will do it, you are facing 12-25 years in prison. Be sure, that arest warant issued by US court will be accepted anywhere in a world. Just not in Brazil.

Sooner or later, PayPal will ask for your SSN. If you provide a fake one, or one used by someone else - they will freeze all your money, close account and report you to FBI automaticaly. If you will have any suspicious transactions in that account, this will be a one way ticket to a Guantanamo base..
