Set up offshore company + bank account for AMAZON FBA EUROPE

hi, i'm new in the forum,

I would like to open an offshore company + bank account and credit card, my business is AMAZON FBA in Europe, since I am suppressed by Italian taxes, I would like to know if there is a way to open all this anonymously 100% I am willing to pay if someone tells me step by step how to do thanks.
