Asking for feedback on Cyprus-related providers

Hello to the forum!

Recently I have been involved in looking for a provider able to offer services related to company formation, nominee services, and non-dom status application.

I've been contacting quite a few, but i have no prior experience with any of them. These are providers i found by googling, so i believe there's no value in not sharing them here.
I read about the providers shortlist Admin reserved to the Mentor group, so i decided to give it a try.
However the only cyprus-related one in there seems to also have contrasting feedback (= savva, Admin classifies it as reliable, some users in the public forum have been complaining instead).

So i decided to open a thread here, with a list the providers who have replied to me positively, when it comes to the services they offer, the package, and what kind of flexibility they seem to have (some more and some less ofc).
I'd be happy, before choosing a provider to do business with, to have some feedback from those of you who had the opportunity to deal with the one or the other of them.
Or if you can suggest other providers that i was not aware of (possibly with some sort of substantiated vouching, ofc).

Well well, savva - I can't guard for everyone long time. I know the guys personally and know they have strong tights to scandinavian law firms who they work with. Not everything you see posted on the public forums is real, just so you know.

Another correction of your statement, it seems you have overlooked the most important one for Cyprus, PKCY som of the most reliable and strongest in Cyprus tax laws and tax advise I have meat in person. It is a office of more then 25 employees and they know what they are doing. If someone ever should complain about them then I would say it is not true or the guy is an idiot. That's how sure Iam about them.

The rest of the listed providers you made, hmm, not bad and I see one or two legit.

Thanks Admin, for your feedback, and the addition of a provider i honestly did not find on google.
About your last statement, if only two on my list are legit, it means it's not bad, but terrible 🙂 Which ones are the legit?

Thanks for pointing this out! I went back to the email, and realized the company is rather cypruscompanyformation.com.cy .
Still, the fact they use some private email for this does not give me all that much confidence indeed. And i did not know this, and did not think of checking, until now, so thanks, again!

Ok so strong of the feedback from Admin, i approached Savva.
I got a response from some marketing girl, claiming that they are very well positioned in all of the services i need, and if i could please fill a bunch of form to give them a good overview to be of assistance.
So i took my time and wrote up all the info i wanted to share with them (pretty much anything except my identity).
I answered the girl, the girl said "thanks, it looks like we will be able to assist you".
So i replied "ok, can you please let me know what are next steps"
And she wrote "I apologize, it seems like we won't be able to assist you".

So this is my experience with Savva.

I contacted the email on their website, the person who answered had in her signature that she is a marketing executive (but cc'ed some other guy)

Trash them, it is about 10 years since I have been in touch with them the last time, as I said, I can't tell you how they are today but it looks like you should move on and find someone else.

Right, thanks well this is valuable info. I'm trying to converge with at least one of the providers above. If all goes well (and at the moment everything is on hold and god only knows for how long because of the well known problems), i can post feedback, if that won't be considered advertising.
