Even if you have your UAE residence you will be taxed in France if you spend in more than 183 days per year. If you are under the radar they will not check you but it is risky to play game with them.... Better to relocate really in UAE and live in France less than 6 months a year.
 
ok noted but my question is, you should pay the full tax even if france has a double taxation agreement with the other country where your company is based?

you have to determine the tax residency of the company to know where it will pay taxes, a DTA is there to prevent double taxation so if there is a treaty you won't pay twice.
