Is the UK still a member of the European Economic Area?

Hi guys,

I have got a very interesting question. Since the UK has left the EU, are they still a member of the European Economic Area (EEA)? I have read many articles about it, and that is not clear to me.

No, but there's is a transition period through 2020 so basically nothing changes until 2021.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer. And what about Gibraltar? Does this apply to Gibraltar? I know that Gibraltar is an overseas territory of the UK.
