Best country to choose for fake ID

Goodmorning Gentlemen,
I hope this message finds you very well.
As introduced by the title I would like an advice on the best country to choose to produce a fake passport.
The doc will be used with an EMI.
My question is: what would be the best country, which most EMIs/ financial institutuions do not have records of its citizens and therefore cannot check the authenticity of the Passport? I was thinking about China, it's a powerful nation, but beacuse of its authoritarian regime I do not think they disclose any database about their citizens. Moreover their pasport ranks 80th out of 179, meaning that their diplomatic relations are not so wide spread.
Other legit, but low ranked countries i thought are: Armenia, Kenya, Sao Tome, Pakistan.

Most are going for European countries like Italy, France, Spain and even the Scandinavian countries. Works great for EMI's , company formation and even paypal.

Hi ZeroEx, would you mind explaining to me what is the diff between fake and dark? And also why dark is preferred?

There are a few threads inside the mentor group already about fake and darks and the difference.

Anyway, let me explain it to you like this:

Fake documents: Primary photoshopped documents which are originated from original utility bills but with out real data on it. They can most often be used for company formation and account opening with providers like PayPal and similar EMI's.

Darks: Are most often stolen documents, which means you use the documents from another person, these documents are used where you know that the counterparty do check the documents if they are real or not but don't require you to be there in person.

So there is a mix of both where you take Darks and photoshop them to fit what ever your needs are. These documents can be used to bypass Video verification and almost anything else you need. I know some people have even had luck to get them notarized and bring the original notarized documents in person to the counterparty.

Why?
Using a darks is criminal offence.
The reason why the most people use darks is to commit another crime. At least tax fraud, money lanudering in some cases ..
The most of people know absolutelyu nothing about background national security processes in the most of civilized countries..
System is not as vulnerable as many amateurs hope..

Tried with French, German, Spanish and Italian. EMI always ask for video verfiff. Some other valid?
