Hi,
We just registered our company in cayman island. (Offshore)

On our site we would just use 3 countries as our business location (they are all offshore too) am thinking of using some of these countries for the business address

UK, Singapore, UAE.

The question now is, will I be subjected pay tax in these countries where I use their virtual address?

Thanks!

You may be liable to tax based on CFC - if you are personally registered for tax in a high tax jurisdiction

No tax based on virtual address. But it might be fraud if you pretend to be a UK company without being registered in the UK.

The tax is based on where you live. Unless you can provide hard evidence that your company is managed and located abroad you can forget about avoiding tax legally.
