Offshore Company Advise

Hello,

If i were to open a offshore company in the EU but the mind and management was based in the UK (I am happy to pay taxes) what would be the best EU location enabling me to not pay the corporation taxes in the eu country the business is registered in.
I am not sure how i would do this but i would want a separate company in the UK so all the profits were transferred from the EU company to the UK company and then the UK company can pay all of the taxes.

The company will be a software company if this makes any difference.

double tax treaties is what you are looking for. You may check what countries have them with the UK!

thanks, what would be the best way to transfer the money from the eu company to the uk company would this be via invoice of services normally

Normally you would use invoices for this purpose, so things will be legit. But it would be very good for you to speak with a tax professional before you setup this structure.

Thank You, I am aware that i need to make sure that there are no arms length issues but the UK company will be paying tax and not reducing it so i do not believe there will be any transfer pricing issues i just need to find a jurisdiction in the eu that will not be concerned about the arms length rule but i think estonia may be okay with this and i believe no corporation tax would be payable on the estonia side so this could work well.

With regards to transferring the profit via dividends this will not be possible as i will not be paying corp tax so i need to work out what i could invoice for etc.

I will speak to specialist soon im just trying to get my head around it a little first.
