Hi,

I have some bitcoin to sell but from what i read uk banks and many emi do not like the dealing of crypto and i am scared of loosing my funds if i cash out to bank and then they ask for proof of source that i can not provide.
Can anyone advise the best banks to use that do not ask questions about crypto or the source of the funds please.

I have 100k+ and i just want to get the money into my uk bank but also want it there so it is safe from being taken from me so i understand this could involce some offshore account and take some time to make it safe in uk bank, I am happy to pay tax in the uk my issue is more that i want to be able to spend the money to buy things like property.

Thanks

Hi,

Would you be able to provide the source of funds?

Unfortunately not, I have used some in the past for purchasing items online and got paranoid so i kept using mixers on the bitcoin so that they remained anonoymous.

Even if i explain to bank that i purchased the btc many years ago for cash without the proof they will not believe me. I am happy to pay tax but getting the bitcoin into a bank account without proof of source i think is going to be difficult.

Even if i turn to cash then i still have the issue of trying to bank the cash without being sof

You may want to use AdvCash to cashout your BTC- AdvCash -> EMI -> to bank account. Very easy. Supporting documents you may check signatures ( @moneynetwork or @blueweb ) on this forum there are guys here that can produce such documents for you.

Otherwise you can take advantage of the services from @Gediminas he is able to help you.

Do not want to go to far of subject but if documentation for sof is requested for a uk bank if it is not provided will they normally transfer your money elsewhere or close account and keep money.

If you are able to prove this BTC purchase (which happened many years ago) or the source of wealth, etc. - I would be able to help you.

unfortunately the best i could do would be the documents as mentioned by admin above and that would be on the condition that the mentioned users could provide these for me.

Once you know how you will proceed with this - PM me if needed.

You can discuss with me about the documents before you go any further before buying anything. I would double-check if this would fit with your story.

Thank you everyone for your help.

With regards to documents does anyone know what the bank will ask for as proof of source and proof of source of wealth ? I have managed to find someone that can help me with the crypto friendly bank account but before i purchase that we need to have the documents ready. I am guessing they will want some kind of invoice or receipt but any suggestions will be welcome

Some people can pay invoices for your company for your Bitcoins
