2. Payment IBAN B2B

We search low or 0% tax, I now its not easy but 🙂

For e-commerce business, nowadays, simple offshore company (or other non-resident company) would cause more problems than it would help to save something. Payment gateways would not accept it without proves of real substance also due to various anti-tax abuse measures, it is almost impossible to achieve tax effectiveness with simple structures. So the structure you are looking for would include at least two countries and changing of tax residency country for at least one shreholder if that is feasible.
