Cheap company + bank account

Getting a cheap company is not a problem, you can even do it online in a few hours.

The real problem comes later - just getting a bank account or getting accepted as a merchant in some gateway or marketplace - try that with your new company and you may be surprised.

Also if you're U.S. citizen about 90 % of the content on this forum doesn't apply and you're SOL.

I have to agree with @KJK it is highly recommended to consult a tax advisor near you. Everything else will only be asking for trouble.

Agree with @Gediminas that if you are a US resident you have problems. Something could potentially be worked out legitimately to reduce or minimise your tax position, but simply not telling the IRS and hoping to create something cheap to achieve this is a recipe for disaster.

Getting a company is not an issue but like someone said here, banking is the real problem.
Do you have any working alternatives ?
Remote company formation + remote bank account opening ?

Seychelles and Belize and similar may be the only valid solution. Banking will only be possible with EMI!

Agree with @Admin that Seychelles, Belize etc works where no filing or accounting is required (although Belize accounting rules have changed) and banking can be arranged for companies in these locations remotely. While banking takes a little longer than it used to do, it is still readily available for companies in these locations. EMI's are another option.

Can you open bank accounts for a Belize or Seychelles company? I know, the business has to be clean and no games, but if that is the case you can do that?

Yes, we open banking regularly for Belize and Seychelles Companies. As long as the activity is legal, even if it is high risk it is possible.
