Setup company for selling software business

Hi!
We are selling games(official) and software official keys. We have an affiliate program. I'm Russian.


We need
- Company Address proofs (how to get it?)
- bank account on the same country (for PayPal)
- debit card processor for worldwide buyers
- Epayments, Skrill, etc for pay a partner commission.

My budget is 7k$ for organizing all of these needs.
As I see in Cyprus I need a real office.
So, where we can set up the company to pay low taxes?

Hi,

You can set up company in Lithunia with substance and other mentioned criteria, it should fall within your budget scope. Income up to EUR 300k are taxed with 5% profit tax.

If the income is 300k+, your profit would be taxed at 15% rate.

There is personal advantage too - you could get with it a Schengen zone permit as well.

Another jurisdiction could be Malta, where effective tax rate would be 5%, but to meet all of your criteria, you would have to spend a bit more.

If you are doing legal business and don't mind being in US, I would do Wyoming LLC.

They don't exchange information with Russia, you can, stay tax free

I don't know why I have bad feelings concerning the US.

So, anyhow we have not a very clear business model, also we plan to sell items and accounts (that part of buisnees commonly not allowed ).

As I see setup company, not a problem. The bank and address proofs that is difficult.

My local consulting firm proposes me Emirates company for 10k with bank. What do you think about Emirates?

UAE could work for you and the price is reasonable. 😉

Keep in mind that UAE may share info with RU, it has CFC 3-4 years already.

They will not provide that, but you may check signatures around some of the most active users around, there are people selling such stuff.

There is a guy around this forum who claim it is still possible to open a bank account in Cyprus with Bank of Cyprus without establishing a real office there. It would be worth to look into that if it is really possible.

Because I have a lot of questions and can't find normal answers.
I choose this type of company because of taxes = 0 and cheap (for testing).
I decided to find out how it works by myself.

In this forum, info is good, but not giving understanding of how it really works.
