Hello there, new to the forum. Found quite useful information so far here and I've been reading for some weeks already about the offshore world. I still consider myself a total noob so I open this thread in case you want to drop your two cents and create a high quality up to date thread.

I would like to create the most private structure possible that a budget range of 5k-10k$ allows. Taxes are not an issue.

>My current plan is to create a Seychelles based IBC using nominees.
>>Create another company in Bahamas where the Seychelles company holds 100% of the shares.
>>>Utilize Bahamas company to acquire/open other companies in specific jurisdictions where I'm interested to open bank accounts and get merchant services.

I'll throw in some concerns/questions:

1- I have read on the forum that best thing is to create Seychelles company with darks. However, with darks we absolutely have no legal connection with the company. If another third party (any advisors service) creates the company for us and has access to the darks that we provided them to open the company with, what stops them from stealing the company or betray you? Sorry if this may seem a dumb question but it's a concern I have.

2- I read a post by admin from which said Seychelles was not as "safe" for privacy anymore and Belize or St. Kitts would do a better job. I also read another post that mentioned Seychelles shared some UBO details with third parties. Between Belize and St. Kitts, what looks better? Are there any other high privacy focused jurisdictions I'm missing out? I looked into Marshall Islands a bit but I need to dig more.

3- What are your thoughts on the most private company structure for the current year within that budget?

4- In a rapidly changing world such as the offshore world, how do we make sure our privacy remains strong in the long run? Whistleblowers and changes in the local Law can take down our privacy very quickly. Is there any solution to this?

Hi, offshore company is very temporar solution, because as you mentioned yourself, the world is always changing. Also, if you are going to have bank account - bank will exchange the info. Good and long lasting solution would be a foundation or trust in some countries, for example Liechtenstein.
