"Gambling Marketing" companies have problems to do so pretty everywhere actually. Maybe just Malta and Cyprus are still a bit friendly about it..

Why bank anywhere else though? BoV (MT) and AB (CY) both work very well. I think it is important to know why these cannot be used, before we are really able to suggest alternatives to the thread starter. Second... I have a lot of inside documents about cash flows from Malta from casinos towards affiliates and in reverse and I know a lot of larger affiliates simply have casinos wire money from the Seychelles or BVI... since both the affiliate and the casino bank there, ...

Casinos are very pragmatic when it comes to paying the people who market them, so perhaps have a 1:1 talk with them as well. Or, if you work with too many casinos to really sit down with all of them, use a middleman whose sole purpose is to solve this problem under one umbrella. Have you ever visited Malta...? I don't want to disclose too much but just ask for "Dennis" -- there is only one real "Dennis" in Malta. He can solve this for you

That is not true. They have a lot of troubles to get a bank account. You will proparly have to use an EMI inbetween or look at Curacao where gambling is welcome.

BOV is out of question in my opinion. For the time being they refuse opening bank accounts even for newly established local Malta based companies. So if you add word offshore, non-resident director (apart from the appointed one by csp...), no local office, no employees - straight "no". Banks are very cautious these days, BOV has just recently lost their last USD correspondent bank. Sparkasse is also refusing to open "such" accounts. There are some very small banks in Malta that will take the risk of opening account for newly established Malta companies and it will still take 3 months before the account is operational.

Private Pacific Bank (offshore bank) or pervesk.lt (EMI based in Lithuania) could be a good fit for your needs. Both are reliable.

And who to ask about Dennis lol. EU nationals and EU residents with legitimate business assets are being shown "exit doors". Existing BOV corporate clients are being given a questionnaire to fill in to have their relationship re-evaluated, to see the legitimacy of the business, local presence, local office, employees, local director...

@BlueMist you may address your question to @ontherun who is the one mentioning names 😉

Pervesk looks nice but Private pacific bank looks like a very small "bank" in a country called "Vanatu". Their pricing is tricky("Extensive due diligence fee = 1% to 10% of the payment value").

Hi Rowena, I am quite familiar with this group of companies from Lithuania, it's my home country. If I remember right, they had a fight in court with the Bank of Lithuania and won the case. Looks like the founders are reputable as well.
