For SWIFT they will definitely add correspondent fees as well. It's 250 Eur min, no maximum (0.0035%).
If it's a larger transfer (~70-90k+), they will add Due Diligence fee (1-10%). In my experience, usually, they charge 2-3% for large transfers, but if the transfer does not require a lot of compliance teamwork, most likely you will get charged only 1%. If the wire goes above 100k it will be around 3%.
