Mauritius PSP license / Can I work with it in Asia?

Hi guys,
I can't figure out if I have the Mauritius PSP license. Can my company provide online wallet services for clients in Asian countries, for example such as China, Thailand, Singapore and etc.?
Or how does it work? Should I open a business entity in every state and get local permits?
Then what is the point in Mauritius PSP license? Only provide services to Mauritius?

The law in Mauritius doesn't limit you but you may run into local legislation in China, Thailand, and Singapore which prohibit the services you offer.

Just because it's legal as a business in Country A doesn't mean it's legal and/or going to work for customers in Country B.
