Hello,

I'm born, and I live in a territorial tax country in North Africa, and I need help with my E-commerce setup please.

My business requires me to have Stripe accounts, PayPal accounts, and as many EMI as possible to pay for expenses and to hold money.

It's a 100% legal and clean business with goods stocked and shipped from China with 1% to 1.5% chargeback ratio, and under 12 days delivery time.

My clients are in the US / UK / Canada / Europe.

I would like to make a setup that will let me avoid paying taxes in a country where I will never put my feet, and also avoid paying VAT. I can also use simple darks like Utility bills.

I believe these are the only countries that I can use for such a setup : UK, Ireland, Estonia, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Gibraltar

But I don't know how to combine them for structures like agency companies, nominees etc

Can I have some help with this please ?

You can setup a Cyprus company with bank account and register the company non resident. So you are able to get PayPal, bank account and any EMI you like and you don't have to register for VAT - honestly Cyprus auth. give a s**t about your company.

This is not a euro 100 setup but much more expensive and it works.

Thank you for the reply.

Cyprus is unfortunately not a solution for my problem since I need Stripe. I can accept solutions for 5% tax rate too

If stripe is the only payment processor you are able to use it is going to be complicated. There are other payment processors worth to look into and which can help you to archieve what you are looking for, below are a few:
  1. Home - SIX Payment Services
  2. https://www.worldpay.com/de-de/index
  3. 2co.com
I checked Stripe Stripe: In Ihrem Land and I wonder why Cyprus is not on their list, let's hope they will include it anytime soon.

While Stripe added Cyprus to its list, I believe if you have a non resident company, you cannot get payment processors like Stripe and Paypal.

If you are in Africa what taxes are you subject to that you're trying to avoid?
For example if you had a US LLC you wouldn't pay any tax to the USA, no sales tax, no income tax, nothing. Same with a UK LLP.
No VAT to the EU since you're operating outside of it.

Isnt this a simple matter of US LLC, Mercury bank, stripe/PayPal attached, cash out to your home country?
Or UK LLP/LTD(LDT has small Corp tax of 5% iirc), and a UK processor?
Assuming you're not on a prohibited country list?

With stripe it is easy to setup a company in the UK that is fully constructed on darks. You need to tweak the setup with an EMI that can receive 3 party funds from outside which Wise can, in that case you will have a bridge to where to get your money.

It's not difficult, you just need to draw it down as @uplana described in some of his many useful posts somewhere.

not that simple if you start processing bigger amounts.

You need to find a payment processor that actually can work with you and also with a company structure which most are refusing to work with because of all these new AML regulations.

There are a few around which you can find in the RESOURCE section in High Risk payment processors. Once they approved your website and business you can setup a simply UK LTD and a US LTD with mercury and connect both to each other.
