Hello to everyone.

A real estate property (1 small building divided into 10 shops) in Brazil is curretly owned by a limited company.
I would like to transfer the property of the building to an offshore company to hide the name of the owner.
Which is the best way to do it?

Thank you in advance for any simple but working suggestion.

A Brazilian Limitadas or a foreign company? - It depends on the laws in Brazil and if foreigners can own property there, if so I would choose Cyprus or Malta for the take over of the property.

Cyprus I know it is possible to hide your identity using nominees and a good law firm to help you.

Thank you HappyJohn for your quick reply.
A local brazilian Ltd company. Yes foreigner person or company can own property into the country.
You suggest Cyprus or Malta because based on your knowledge or becouse have advantages over a different jurisdiction? A Seychelles based company can be the same?
Could not be dangerous use nomenees?

I would prefer a Cyprus company because I know you can find reliable nominees and firms in Cyprus which you can work with and find a very good plan to do what you want.

Cyprus has been a great destination for I must say, it's easy to setup a structure there which includes bank account and privacy.
