Amazon + New Mexico help to create business

I am a resident of Latin America, EU passport. I'm looking for the best solution to start Amazon FBA and current account. this is first approach this about. I hope you can give me useful advice and suggestions.
I ask you if a New mexico configuration is possible. I need anonymity and less taxes.

You want to check with Amazone and FB if they accept business relations from New Mexico or if they reject that. If so you want to try with Seychelles, Cyprus or similar.
