Privacy of Marshall Islands Company & Allowances

Hi,
a bit-quite urgent... can somebody help
1) Is Marshall Islands company (with nominee Director, but myself as Shareholder) a really safe / privacy solution? Are there any pages mentioning something or a comparisson between other regions? I would like complete privacy.
2) In marshall islands companies, all activities are allowed ? (ie pornography site for ADULTS with cams etc, software selling etc?).

Hi,

1. Marshall Islands is a very confidential location, but I would suggest using a Nominee Shareholder as well as a Director if privacy is a serious concern.
2. All activity is possible in Marshall Islands as long as it is legal, BUT arranging banking for adult activity etc is almost impossible.
