same speed, less useful national currency, slant recourse if anything goes wrong... almost nobody in an administrative position who can understand you in English...
 
And that's good that no one can understand English there. But everyone can understand Russian. And I speak Russian.

I meant rather -- how easy is it to get all the documents to open a company, compared to Georgia? In Georgia it's easy. May be in Armenia it's easier yet? Or are there benefits for a company in Armenia?
