Best jurisdiction for my business

Hello,
I am north africa resident and We have an e commerce website in UAE, we don't need merchant as our shipping partner handle cash on delivery for us.
Our partner pay the 5% VAT to autorities and send the remaning money to our account.
What we need is a jurisdiction where we can have company and bank account and minimize taxe(corporate taxe...)
I tought about setting up a company in Gibraltar and bank account in cyprus... Is that possible? Is it easy?

Forming a Gibraltar Company is simple enough, but opening banking in Cyprus can be difficult. If you like Gibraltar then I would suggest considering Gibraltar Banking or maybe banking somewhere like Mauritius for the Gibraltar Company.
