Company to formate Marshall company.

Dear all friends here,

I know it's a little bit unusual question but (as always) i need your help. I am planning to open a company in Marshall, can somebody suggest me a FAIR agent which will do FAIRLY everything with nominees & bank account opening? Apologies for this type of question but i read many in xx companies & scam (searching some 3 letter famous companies that I was about to proceed with)... So.. to avoid issues can somebody help me?

I would like to learn about such agent too, but where would you consider to bank? I doubt any EMI will accept a Marshall Island company or what do you think?

Do not form a company at Marshall Islands. You will lose your money. I have tried every possible bank in Europe to open an account with no success.

Impossible to open bank account at any bank/emi at present.

Because Marshall Islands have been so disproportionately popular with criminals lately, many banks, EMIs, and payment processors have blacklisted the jurisdiction almost entirely.

I'd avoid it.

Most of agents will say they can find a bank for you.But for Marshall islands, they will surely introduce you to EPB like mentioned, if I remember well, you can open EPB by yourself.

Avoid Marshall Islands.
We used to use those island companies 5 years ago.
You will not be able to find a proper bank account.
What if EPB declines your application or closes your account after a KYC in first year ?
So forget about it and change your agent,he is trying to steal your money.

What jurisdiction would you recommend CaLViN? Seychelles?

I would not go with any of those small island companies if you need banking.

second that, would be interesting to learn what countries you have in mind?

I would suggest places like Cyprus and Malta with real office setups or Georgia, but maybe you have something better.

No. They where a PITA. They require AML for every incoming, for every outing transfer. Horrendous fees.
