Avoid CRS fake utility bill

I do not mean completely dark Bank account and EMI.

Is it possible to use photoshop/fake utility bill to open personal account to avoid CRS?

In the topic How to Avoid CRS - 3 Options as of 2019, they suggested using the investing in property and mailboxes to hide the country of their real residence from the bank. But what if use fake utility bill of those countries that do not have agreements between each other?

Let's say Account in Switzerland - fake utility bill of Cyprus / Romania / Montenegro

So, how bank can check it?

Always depends on the bank. For example Euro Pacific Bank is very "relaxed" when it comes to accept fake documents. I don't recommend the bank, but if you want to open a bank account with fake details, this is normally a very good option.
Swiss banks have very good fraud prevention systems these days, It can be difficult to prove your utility bill as they may ask you to ask your utility bill provider for an official statement from their site directly to them. So for example you show them a fake Vodafone utility bill they may ask you to tell Vodafone to confirm it from their site directly to them.
Never heard that Euro Pacific Bank was requesting this, however they do video calls quite often where you have to show your passport. So if you already have a proxy citizenship (or good fake passport), your system may work with Euro Pacific Bank.

But remember rule number one when using anything dark. Never have too much money on the account. It's quite lucrative for offshore banks to accept fake documents and freeze the account later when they are sure that you can't prove them otherwise.
Using darks is getting harder and harder every day with upcoming inventions in AI fraud detection.

Most often the utility bill will work without any problems since they only rare check up on that address you provide. You are pretty much busted if they send something to that address if it isn't a mailforwarding address.

So far have had ZERO problems with dark accounts, have been using a few of them for the last 3 years and even updated passport and utility bill on request by the respective EMI's.

What do you mean by dark? Real darks or fake documents with no real existance?
