Do you know an EMI that is established in a NON CRS country?

Hello team,

I wanted to know if somebody knows about any EMI that is located/auhorized into a non-crs country, like Georgia, Armenia, etc...

On the other hand, is possible that, however they are EMI in non-crs country, offer a Prepaid mastercard that is issued for international third party that YES report under CRS scheme?

Here I attach the list updated as Septembre 2019 by OCDE of the countries where AEOI is not comitted at this moment
